This option allows us to take backup or snapshot of site anytime. The backup can be taken at hosting server, to local machine or clouds like google drive, onedrive.

Import

If you want to import backup and restore it to new environment, this this option will be used. you need to have unlimited extension to import the back up. Backup

This menu help us to create backup of site to hosting environment itself. We can take timely backup and restore in case of some crisis. I always recommend you to take backup while updating plugins, themes, php version, wp version, etc. We can download or restore the backup to any points.

File Upload Limit

This is general issue as most of hosting provider allows upload limit to 1GB. If your backup size is more than the upload limit, then you won’t be able to upload or import backup. You have to use FTP or increase upload limit. To Increase Upload limit you can refer here

FTP

If you are opting FTP, you need to upload the backup file to plugin folder. You can locate the folder Public_htm=> wp-content => ai1wm-backup. Basically, you need to upload backup file to  ai1wm-backup folder.
